Return & Exchange Policy
Return / Refund
As per our policy, we only accept return/refund in below cases:
1) Wrong Product delivered
2) Damaged Product delivered
Please make a request within 4 days of delivery on our mail kuhubynikita@gmail.com, mentioning the order number & concerns with photos. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange
We do not provide a refund on any product sold. However, you can exchange the product for another one from our website collections.
Unfortunately, we do not accept Returns or Exchange on Sale items.
For regular order please find below terms for exchange:
1) The product should be unused and in the same condition as you received and in its original packaging with original tags.
2) The exchange is valid within 4 days from the delivery date.
3) Please mail us at kuhubynikita@gmail.com or Whatsapp on 9322254531 within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel.
4) Once your email gets notified by us, please send the product back to us by yourself.
Important Note: We do not have a reverse pick-up facility. The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest to return items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Kuhu team will be treated as not returned.
5) Once we receive the product, it will go for quality check and if it’s in good condition, we will proceed for exchange.
6) If size is not available in selected item, then you can book any item of your choice from our website.
7) Please note that COD/Shipping charges will be deducted from total exchange amount .
8) Prepaid 5-10% discount won’t be applicable for exchange product.
9) You need to pay difference amount while ordering other item or size.
